Stan has been a dream to work with. He helped us with our very first mortgage and several refinances. He even helped my brother find a broker in another state when our father died and we needed help. We’ve sent many friends his way - He is efficient, helpful and personable, you can’t go wrong!

I used Stan and the Brightside team for two transactions (Purchase + Refinance) and I was very impressed with the entire process. I had lots of questions even though I consider myself a highly educated buyer and was met with compassion and very timely responses that not only set my mind at ease but further educated me on the process. Other companies will give you quick and short responses, but from this company I received next level detailed responses and the why behind them. We first met Tammy 2014 when we purchased a home in Mesa. At the time she was working for a company and since then she has opened her own business. We’ve worked with Cori Pearson a number of times for buying and refinancing our homes in Flagstaff and Queen Creek. She lives and works in Flagstaff doing Flagstaff loans and refinancing along with people in Phoenix, Prescott, Maricopa and Tucson (to name a few). Basically she does loans and refinancing all over Arizona. How do I know this? I’ve referred her to many of my friends and family and they’ve referred their friends and family and they’ve referred their friends and family… And why not?! Cori does the best job helping people to get their loan and even alerts her past clients when there’s a good deal to be had to lower your rates and/or to get cash out of your home. She makes the process easy to understand, communicates through phone, emails, texts…whatever is comfortable for you and responds quickly. And! her sending out a notary so we can continue to isolate from COVID was great also. I can’t say enough good things about Cori! I mean it when I tell you to CALL HER TODAY to see if she can find a good deal for you!

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home in May 2020 and had been shopping several lenders. We were referred to Stan Wang at Brightside Mortgage by a friend of ours and reaching out to him was the best decision we could have made.

Being our first mortgage, we had a general idea of rates and costs but hadn’t had someone sit down and talk to us about not only our short term goals with choosing a mortgage but which one could benefit us long term as well. Stan talked us through all of this and it was obvious he had our best interest in mind. He has been in the mortgage industry for a long time and took the time to educate us, find us the best rate, break down the costs and work with us in order to help close on a home we love. He was also available throughout the entire process to help me when I didn’t understand something or just wanted to go over things a second time to make sure I had a clear understanding of things.

I have since referred friends to Stan because I know they are in good hands with him.

Over the past 20 plus years I have sourced more than 15 loans on six different properties with Stan. He is extremely knowledgeable, very experienced and a person of high integrity. He’s also just plain friendly and an all-around nice guy. Stan is always willing to take my calls to talk about rates and trends and what’s available in the current market. On more than one occasion Stan has contacted me to let me know about rates or special financing offers that I would not have otherwise been aware of. He has literally saved me thousands and thousands of dollars over the years. Stan is also very patient and will listen to me talk about this unique property that I found, and that I know I’ll never find again, and I know it’s a bit odd and it won’t be easy to finance, but I just gotta try! His willingness to work with me was put to the test this past August when I was buying a most unusual property in a historic area of Flagstaff made up of two small houses that were more than 80 years old and a block construction warehouse. It was at risk of falling apart multiple times. It tested his skills and patience for sure, but he worked hard to help me keep the deal together and I can’t thank him enough for that. Stan has a great staff as well, and Tracy Gardner in particular is a joy to work with and she will keep you informed and on track all the way to closing. I highly recommend Stan Wang.
